Nor do we buy, sell or trade any bat that has had any alteration, work, bat doctoring, shaving, end-loading, or work of any kind done to it. We do not buy sell or trade painted, or converted bats. We do not condone the use of any such bat. We do not buy sell or trade anything but 100% factory stock and original bats. We will not accept any trade in that is not stock. (re-grip/tape on the handle etc is not considered to be altered). All used bats are sold as is with no warranty or guarantee by the manufacturer. We apologize but as the manufacturer only warranty's the bat to the original purchaser, we can not guarantee the warranty.

All items on special/closeout come with no manufacture warranty. Items such as the Steeles Composite, One Cryo Equalizer, Kazuma Glove's, Kazuma Pants, & Custom Bat bags have no manufacturer warranty or guarantee. These items are also non returnable. Returns / Exchanges

We will accept returns of New In Wrapper (NIW)merchandise that has not been used, altered, or removed from its original factory wrapper with in 30 days of the purchase date. All refunds will be given less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized by Rally Time Sports. Any return with out an return authorization will not be accepted. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on closeout items. These items are usually in in the closeout, clearance, or specials section. Or their highlihted on the frontpage as a spotlight item or special priced item.
