Please fill out this form below and wrap around the handle of your bat (not the barrell). Do not tape this form to the bat... Removing SCOTCH tape from bats is almost impossible and if you tape the RA form to the bat, we will charge you $5.00 for removal of the excess tape. Send your bat/bats for trade using the address at the bottom of this form. Please also write your return name and address on the outside of the box for faster processing of your returns. When shipping please use UPS, USPS, Fedex or another carrier that provide's tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost during transit, so please be sure to insure your package and get a tracking or delivery confirmation number. Once your items arrive, with in 48 hours (not including weekends) we will inspect them and place a final value on them. The final value can be used for future purchases, or can be redeemed immediately & a refund check will be issued directly to you.

ATTENTION: If bats have original grips, please leave on. If they have been re-taped, please remove all tape before sending. If there are any stickers that have been added to the bat, please remove them as well. (Do not remove weight stickers, size stickers, or association stickers. Please do not remove any original markings/stickers put on the bat by the manufacturer). If you do not remove all tape and extra stickers, your bat trade value will be $5.00 less for removal of the tape/stickers for each bat that we have to remove the tape/stickers from.
